ShreeWin customer support runs inside the app, through the live chat found under the account section. That is the only channel where account issues should ever be discussed. Any account claiming to be ShreeWin support on a messaging app and asking for a password or OTP is an impostor. This covers how to raise a ticket that gets resolved, and how to fix the problems that generate most support contacts.
Contacting Support
Log in to the app or website, open the account section and select customer service, which may also be labelled support or help. Start a live chat. Support operates around the clock. Describe the issue in one message with all the details attached rather than spreading them across several messages, then note the ticket number and check back rather than opening duplicate tickets.
What to Include in a Ticket
Tickets containing the right details get resolved. Tickets saying only that money is missing do not. Include the account ID, but never the password. Include the exact amount, the date and time, and the order or transaction reference number from the app.
For a deposit problem, the UPI reference number from the bank SMS is essential, as support cannot trace a payment through the gateway without it. For a withdrawal problem, include the withdrawal order number and its current status. A screenshot of the transaction and of any error message speeds everything up considerably.
Deposit Not Credited
Waiting five minutes is the right first step, because gateway lag causes most of these cases. Closing and reopening the app forces a fresh balance check, and the transaction history is worth checking before assuming money is lost.
If the balance still has not updated, a ticket with the account ID, amount, timestamp and UPI reference number is the next step. Depositing again to retry is a mistake, as it doubles the amount at risk and makes the trace harder.
Withdrawal Pending or Rejected
Several things are worth checking before contacting support, as one of them is almost always the answer. The bank account holder name must match the registered name exactly. This is the most common rejection cause and cannot be overridden. The IFSC code and account number must be correct, as one wrong character sends the payment to a failed queue.
Bonus wagering must be complete, since bonus funds are not withdrawable until then. Active bets must be settled, and the amount must be above the minimum. Bank timing also matters, as IMPS slows during peak hours and NEFT does not run on bank holidays.
If none of these apply and a full working day has passed, a ticket with the withdrawal order number, amount and timestamp is appropriate.
Login Problems
Checking that the country code is set to +91 solves many cases. Typing the password manually rather than using autofill solves many more. After several failed attempts, the account locks briefly, so waiting fifteen to thirty minutes works better than retrying repeatedly.
The forgot password option sends an OTP for recovery. If the OTP does not arrive, waiting a full minute before resending, checking blocked messages, and toggling airplane mode usually helps. A frozen account requires contacting support with the account ID to ask for the specific reason. Creating a second account makes recovery harder.
Bonus Not Credited
The bonus page should be checked first, since the bonus may have been credited to the bonus balance rather than the main balance. The qualifying condition should then be confirmed, whether that is the first recharge tier for a welcome bonus, or invite counts and minimum deposits for a referral bonus.
For referral and agent bonuses, checking the downline member’s bet volume in the team section usually explains a missing payment.

Safety Rules
A password should never be shared with anyone, including anyone claiming to be support, because real support never asks for it. An OTP should never be shared, as it is exactly what someone needs to take over an account.
No release fee, clearance fee or withdrawal tax should ever be paid to anyone. No legitimate platform requires payment in order to release a withdrawal. Remote access or screen sharing software should never be installed at anyone’s request, as fake support agents use it to empty wallets.
Only in-app chat should be used, and every conversation and transaction is worth screenshotting.
ShreeWin is for players aged 18 and above. Play responsibly.
